Age Requirement

Federal law sets minimum ages for firearm and ammunition purchases. Consistent with these requirements and our own policy, Veritas Arms sells only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to purchase.

Site Entry Confirmation

When you first visit this site you are asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. This confirmation is a condition of access; it is not a substitute for the identity and eligibility verification that occurs at the point of transfer.

Verification at Transfer

Age and identity are verified in person by a licensed FFL dealer at the time of transfer. You will be required to present valid, government-issued photo identification and to complete ATF Form 4473. A transfer will not be completed for anyone who cannot establish that they meet the legal age and eligibility requirements.

Misrepresentation

Providing false information about your age or eligibility is unlawful and will result in cancellation of your order. We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding attempts to unlawfully acquire firearms or ammunition.
