Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this website and any purchase from Veritas Arms.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase firearms or ammunition from Veritas Arms, and you must be legally permitted to own and receive the items you order. By purchasing, you represent that you are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other law.
3. Firearms Sales and FFL Transfers
All firearms are sold and shipped in accordance with federal law. A firearm can only be delivered to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to you. Completion of any firearm sale is contingent on your passing a background check and satisfying all legal requirements at the receiving dealer. If a transfer cannot be lawfully completed, the sale will be canceled and refunded per our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Product Information and Availability
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel quantities — including after an order is placed. Products are offered subject to availability, and first-run inventory is limited.
5. Compliance With Your Local Law
Firearms, magazines, and accessories are restricted or prohibited in certain states, counties, and cities. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction before ordering. We will not ship a product into a jurisdiction where it is unlawful.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritas Arms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product. Firearms are inherently dangerous; safe handling, storage, and lawful use are solely your responsibility.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
